OVERVIEW
We stand behind every deal on CheaperThan.shop. If something isn't right with your order we will make it right. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. After 15 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR REFUND
We offer a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
— Item arrived damaged or defective
— Wrong item was received
— Item never arrived (after 30 days from order date)
— Item significantly different from the product description

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
— Change of mind or buyer's remorse
— Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
— Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided
— Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control

SHIPPING TIMES
Most orders ship from overseas suppliers and arrive within 8–15 business days. This timeline is clearly stated on every product listing. We do not issue refunds solely due to shipping time as long as the order is within the stated delivery window.

If your order has not arrived after 30 days from the order date please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at support@cheaperthan.shop with:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. A photo of the item if damaged or incorrect

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

EXCHANGES
Due to the daily rotating nature of our deals we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for a return we will issue a full refund so you can repurchase.
