ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase. Once your order ships you will receive a second email with your tracking number.
SHIPPING TIMES Most products on CheaperThan.shop ship from overseas suppliers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

— All other countries: 10-20 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER All orders include tracking. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order please contact us at support@cheaperthan.shop.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date please contact us immediately at support@cheaperthan.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
WRONG ADDRESS Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Big Tuna Ventures LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address contact us immediately at support@cheaperthan.shop. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships but cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
MULTIPLE ITEMS If you order multiple products they may ship separately from different suppliers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
